Beyond the warranty, we continue to support your purchase with our creative maintenance and service care programs. We offer on-site training and technical workshops throughout the New England region year-round.


We manage delivery logistics of lab equipment for schools and anticipating and solving challenges ahead of arrival.


Our technical support team handles all aspects of installation with safety as our first priority.


Each equipment purchase is bundled with an on-site training session as well as credit toward a future PD workshop with our Technical Applications Specialist.


Your AET Labs tech purchase comes bundled with a maintenance plan to ensure your machine is serviced properly and your investment lasts.


Our tech support is on call Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and by appointment, to help assist you with troubleshooting equipment issues, when they do occasionally arise.
