The KG Test & Train Bundle

The KG Test & Train is designed to make hands-on diagnostic training as effortless and flexible as possible. It’s a highly portable system that uses an online database for each model to trigger detailed simulations that present the same symptoms as real faults. 

The KG Test & Train comes as a bundle of four components:

• KG Box. This is the universal fault simulator that receives data from the KG App to execute scenarios. 
• KG Terminal. Users take measurements through the terminal to perform diagnostic testing with multimeters and oscilloscopes. The display can be configured with custom masks for individual models.
• KG App and Subscription. Instructors use the app to select and control simulations for individual training or multiple vehicles at once. 3, 5, and 10-year subscription plans are available.
• KG Connector Cables. Each model requires specific cables, and prices vary by manufacturer.

How it Works

Instructors design their sessions by selecting a vehicle (including EVs, hybrids, trucks, farm and construction equipment, and more) and choosing an available fault scenario for that model from the app. The KG Box and Terminal are connected to the vehicle, and the instructor can begin remotely triggering simulations.

The vehicle then presents symptoms that are identical to a real fault without causing damage or affecting the warranty, and students can utilize their training and tools to diagnose the issue. Instructors can instantly change scenarios and trigger faults on multiple vehicles at once to maximize engagement.
