A Guide to Emergency Relief Funds for CTE Programs and Higher Education Engineering Labs

Approximately $10 billion in federal emergency relief funds have been allocated to support educational institutions, staff, and students in New England. If your school or university has been awarded Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds or ESSER funds, you may be able to influence how to spend some of that money.

In our Guide to Emergency Relief Funds, we provide you with information on allowable uses of these funds and ideas for how the funds can support career and technical education programs or higher education engineering labs across three categories:

  • Perkins activities
  • Technology or equipment for online and distance learning
  • Educational technology and equipment

If you're interested in pursuing these funds for your program or lab, we can help you:

  • Determine the right product solution
  • Build a narrative to bring to your adminstration about how these solutions can help support classroom and student activities
