With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) upon us, mechatronics and robotics are quickly becoming highly-sought-after skills in the modern automated manufacturing environment. To successfully prepare students for these in-demand career paths, it’s essential for instructors to possess a solid understanding of Industry 4.0 and the complex systems that fuel it.
